Working Principle

The Plunger Pump operates on the reciprocating movement of the plunger in the cylinder bore:

· Downward stroke: Cylinder volume expands, generating negative pressure to suck oil in via the suction valve.

· Upward stroke: Cylinder volume decreases, suction valve closes, and oil is discharged at high pressure through the discharge valve.
