Hengmeisi Gear oil pump QX Series QX51-100/43-020/43-032R – Bucher replacement triple pump. Combines 100cc, 20cc & 32cc cartridges on one shared shaft. Rated 250 bar continuous / 280 bar peak, with low flow pulsation and high efficiency – ideal for machinery requiring three independent hydraulic loops.

Triple Integrated Combined Layout

Different from single pump, QX51-100/43-020/43-032R integrates three pump groups into one housing assembly. Three separate oil ports supply different hydraulic circuits respectively, saving installation space and reducing extra motor and valve cost for multi-path hydraulic system.

Unified Right Rotation Design

R stands for right-hand rotation viewed from drive end. Uniform mounting flange matches standard IEC motor for direct installation without transition flange, simplifying hydraulic station piping arrangement greatly.

Durable High Grade Raw Material

All gear sets adopt carburized alloy steel with precision grinding for outstanding wear resistance; default NBR seal, optional FKM seal for high temperature medium, working temperature from -20℃ to +80℃. Precision roller bearings reduce friction and extend pump service life of QX51-100/43-020/43-032R.

Low Noise & Smooth Operation

Product Structure

1.Core Structure: Shared drive shaft + independent floating side plate compensation structure. Every pump unit is equipped with floating side plate to automatically compensate internal clearance and suppress high-pressure leakage. Each pump works independently with separated oil inlet & outlet.

2.Integrated Mounting Dimension: Whole pump uses unified installation flange size, convenient for field replacement of old original pumps.

3.Housing & Seal: High-density cast alloy pump body resists deformation under 280bar instant peak pressure; NBR standard sealing, FKM alternative for high temp or special oil.
